I'm finally returning from my blogging hiatus and I am so happy to be back. I took some time off to finish up moving into and decorating our apartment...and to let Kitty get settled into her teaching job without nagging her to take pictures of me everyday (sorry KA). I've given her a few weeks so now I feel like nagging is fair play. At last, she was able to snap a few pictures this weekend -- black and gold will forever be my go-to for a Saturday night dinner in the city. Enjoy! xx

It wasn't until I saw these pictures that I realized my Zara heels looked like flats from the front and heels from the back...interesting - I guess that's kind-of fun?! Anywho, I found these pants at the Rebecca Minkoff sample sale I was at a few weeks ago and I nearly died when I saw the front zip detail at the hem. How adorbs? They were a must (as most things are).

Thank you. It was love at first sight. I can't wait to wear them tomorrow, and the next day, and the next day, and the days and days after that until there is snow on the ground (in which case I will have to wear tights and carry them to work).
