I'm finally returning from my blogging hiatus and I am so happy to be back. I took some time off to finish up moving into and decorating our apartment...and to let Kitty get settled into her teaching job without nagging her to take pictures of me everyday (sorry KA). I've given her a few weeks so now I feel like nagging is fair play. At last, she was able to snap a few pictures this weekend -- black and gold will forever be my go-to for a Saturday night dinner in the city. Enjoy! xx

I received this trench coat as my graduation-from-college gift from my parents when I graduated this past May and I absolutely treasure it - it's such a classic piece that will be a staple in my wardrobe forever. It was chilly in NYC over the weekend and I was so excited to have an excuse to break out my new coat a little earlier than expected.

Mint Madness

A friend of mine recently asked me what my favorite color was. My response: Mint. I think I threw her off guard with such a specific color - but, hey, she asked and I answered! I am actually obsessed with the plethora of mint I have seen in all of the magazines and in stores for this spring. Its going to be a bright season.
